The Emergency Department at Maine Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of a high-volume, tertiary-care patient population. The ED is the busiest in Maine and serves approximately 80,000 patients per year from Maine and New Hampshire, as well as visitors from all over the world.
