Returning Junior Volunteer Enrollment Checklist
Enrollment for the 2016 Summer Junior Volunteer Program closes on February 11, 2016 at 4:00 PM.
Print or view the Annual Review, Service Areas and Guidelines (to be completed by February 11, 2016).
Complete the following by February 11, 2016:
- Returning Junior Volunteer Enrollment Form
- Annual Safety & Policy Review Self-Test
- Returning Junior Volunteer Enrollment Packet
- Parking Pass Request Form
Please email completed enrollment packet as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: “Returning Junior Application Forms – YOUR NAME”. If unable to email, please drop off forms Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM to Volunteer Services at 22 Bramhall St., Maine General Building Level 1, Room 1652.
Step 3: (early March)
Be on the lookout for your placement packet. This will contain your assignments and health screening requirements.
