  In 2007, the trustees of Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta and St. Andrews Hospital & Healthcare Center in Boothbay Harbor voted to create Lincoln County Healthcare, a new parent company for both organizations.
    While St. Andrews and Miles are still unique, distinct institutions, both organizations now share a single board of trustees and unified management teams
   Through this unique arrangement our organizations can provide the highest quality services in the most efficent way possible.  We believe that by working together we can best serve our communities and fulfill our mission to "Ensure Access to High-Quality, Patient-Centered, and Affordable Care."
