 Patient Education. We can help you find the information you need to help educate your patients.

 Health Literacy. We create or adapt patient materials to meet the needs of patients at all levels of health literacy

 Patient Self-Management. We design or recommend tools to help your patients manage their health.

 Health Education. We offer health education classes and individual consultations with health educators.

 Online Engagement. We take the mystery out of social media and web-based tools so you can use them to reach patients in a new way.

 Shared Decision Making.  Patient and Family Advisory Council Guide. This guide is meant to be a succinct overview for organizing and implementing a patient and family advisory council.

 Health Coaching. We work with Wellness Mapping 360 to bring you health coach training and certification.

 Choosing Patient Materials. We teach your staff how to find, evaluate, and create patient materials that are evidence-based and user-friendly.

We provide support to help you better engage with your patients.
