There are a variety of reasons why I choose to come to Maine Medical Center for my training. I was impressed by the reputation of the hospital within the community, as well as the reputations and credentials of the attendings who work here. I was impressed the caliber of teaching that happens here from generalists and specialists alike. I love the community that Maine Medical Center serves and the beauty of the landscape that surrounds us. I love the camaraderie among the residents and the relationships between the residents and attending. I chose to join the Maine Medical Center Pediatric Residency Program because of all the reasons mentioned above and because it felt like the perfect fit for me.
