Text4Baby is a free service that sends health information via text message to pregnant women and new moms.  The texts have information about taking care of yourself while pregnant and giving your baby the best possible start in life.  Text the word BABY to 511411 to sign up.  You can also visit www.text4baby.org for more information.

American Academy of Pediatrics Books
