Falls Prevention Summit
September 27, 2011
9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Falls are a leading cause of unintentional injury and death among those over 65 in Maine and across the country. MaineHealth and its partners have long been committed to falls prevention, and we plan to continue our work together through the MaineHealth Falls Prevention Collaborative. This Summit launched the Collaborative to enhance safe patient and family-centered care and decrease injury-producing falls among older adults in our communities.
