Victoria W.
Rogers, M.D. Program
Director
Dr.
Victoria Rogers is the Director of the Kids CO-OP at The
Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical
Center. Over the past few years, she has focused her
efforts on combating the childhood obesity epidemic.
Some of the statewide initiatives targeting childhood
obesity that she has been involved with include: the
Countdown to a Healthy ME Program, the Maine Youth
Overweight Collaborative (MYOC), and 5-2-1-0 Goes
to School. At a national level, she is involved with the
Childhood Obesity Action Network (COAN). Most recently,
she has been appointed as the Physician Advisor to the
Let's Go! Initiative in Greater
Portland.
In addition to being the Director
of the Kids CO-OP, Dr. Rogers also serves as a Program
Advisor for the AH! Program. She has been involved with
the AH! Program for over five years and was part of the
initial team that launched the program.

Elizabeth
Motyka, MPH
Program Manager
Elizabeth joined the Kids CO-OP as
Manager in January 2007. She has over ten years of
experience in public health program management.
Elizabeth oversees the day-to-day activities of the Kids
CO-OP and manages the Let's Go! Takes 5-2-1-0 to School

Emily Walters
Let's
Go! Program Manager
Emily comes to the Kids CO-OP with
seven years of experience in the field of
health education. She will be working to
implement strategies that will improve nutrition and
increase physical activity in childcare facilities
and after-school programs within the twelve Let's Go

Rick
Fortier Program Coordinator
Rick
joined the Kids CO-OP in May 2008 and has seven years of
experience in Public Health working with schools,
businesses and other community organizations. He
will be the coordinator for 5-2-1-0 Goes to School and
other Proctor Foundation-funded initiatives to promote

AH! (Asthma Health) Program

Chilmonczyk, M.D.
AH! Program
Director
Dr.
Chilmonczyk serves as the Medical Director of the AH!
Program at MaineHealth. She is a practicing
Allergy/Immunology Specialist and Partner at Allergy and
Asthma Associates of Maine in Portland. Over the last 8
years Dr. Chilmonczyk has chaired several clinical
working groups on asthma and has advised MaineHealth,
the American Lung Association of Maine, and others on
regional and statewide asthma initiatives. (207)

Stephen
DiGiovanni, M.D.
AH! Program Advisor
Dr. DiGiovanni is a practicing
Pediatrician at Bayview Pediatrics in Yarmouth, Maine.
Over the last 6 years Dr. DiGiovanni has led multiple
tobacco intervention efforts in the state of Maine.
Through his tobacco intervention efforts he has worked
with the Legacy Foundation, the Maine Tobacco Helpline,
the MaineHealth system, and the Maine Medical Center
Physician Hospital Organization. He is currently
involved in quality improvement programs in the fields
of tobacco intervention, asthma, and obesity. Dr.
DiGiovanni also acts as a Program Advisor to the AH!

Rhonda Vosmus, RRT-NPS, AE-C
AH! Program Asthma Educator Rhonda is a nationally certified
asthma educator who provides patient, family, provider
and community asthma education through Maine Medical
Center and the MaineHealth System. She has been in
the field of respiratory care for over 28 years as a
critical care therapist and educator. Rhonda has
also served as an advisor for the American Lung
Association of Maine and other regional and state wide
asthma initiatives.

Jodie
Widor, RN AH! Program Nurse
Jodie acts
as a liaison between the Outpatient Pediatric Department
and the AH! Program. She also works
with second year pediatric residents reviewing
asthma management for their patients as part of the

Paula Gilbert
AH! Program
Coordinator
Paula is the Program
Coordinator for the AH! Program. She has worked
for Maine Medical Center for the past few years in
an administrative capacity. Currently, she provides a
wide variety of administrative and staff support to the
