Orange Juice Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup raspberry vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the dressing. Serve over Spinach Salad with Nectarines and Raspberries
