Spinach
Salad with Nectarines and Raspberries

4 cups fresh spinach washed, with
stems removed (baby spinach leaves may be preferred)

5 nectarines, pitted and sliced

¼ red onion, sliced

1 pint raspberries
Divide the spinach among 4 salad plates,
and lay nectarine slices, red onion slices, and raspberries
on top. Drizzle Orange
Juice Dressing over salads , and serve.
