Tropical Fruit Salsa

  • 8 oz canned tropical fruit, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.

Yield: 3 - 1/2 cup servings.
