Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic

MMC recently developed the Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic to meet the mental health needs of our patients with cancer. Depression and anxiety are common among people diagnosed with cancer. Often, doctors and patients focus on the physical effects of cancer and treatment while the symptoms of depression or anxiety may not be recognized and can go untreated. Our psychiatrist will work with referring physicians in evaluating a patient and assisting with medication management if needed.
