  • 30+ years of combined nursing experience as critical care nurse, Staff Development Specialist, Outreach Educational Coordinator for a cooperative of 19 Maine hospitals, and presently, the Director for the Center for Clinical & Professional Development (CCPD). 
  • Reports to the  Chief Nurse Executive, sits on the Nursing Executive Council
  • Sits on the Advisory Boards for Academic Affiliates and ioversees all affiliate relations and student placements.  

In her role as Director, Center for Clinical & Professional Development, she oversees Center operations to provide opportunities for ongoing education, professional growth, and systems improvement to optimize the quality of patient and family care and to enhance professional satisfaction and career mobility.

She also creates and maintains alliances within and beyond MMC to foster cooperative developmental models and efficient utilization of resources for professional advancement throughout the community and the State of Maine.
